Location: Hartford, SD
Pay: $50k+ Annually
Full-Time / Year Round

This is a fast-track opportunity into a Foreman role for someone who’s ready to lead, work hard, and take pride in doing things the right way. If you’re the type who shows up early, pushes the pace, and wants to be part of a high-standard team, let's talk!

What You'll Do:

  • Train with intent on becoming next foreman
  • Work on a 3 man crew
  • Load materials, tools, and equipment for each job
  • Travel to the customer’s home to install steel rods/anchor plates/braces, push piers, drain tile, sump pumps, and more.
  • Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times
  • Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods
  • Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company

What We Need From You:

  • Construction Experience Required, Leadership experience is a plus!
  • MUST HAVE a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to travel
  • Unrestricted lifting ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • Ability to work overtime if needed
