Crew Lead in Training (Fast Track)

Location: Hartford, SD
Pay: $50K-$70K
Full-Time / Year Round

This is a fast-track opportunity into a Foreman role for someone who’s ready to lead, work hard, and take pride in doing things the right way. If you’re the type who shows up early, pushes the pace, leads with kindness, and wants to be part of a high-standard team, let's talk!

What You'll Do:

  • Train daily with the goal of becoming a Foreman
  • Work on a 3-person crew installing foundation and waterproofing systems
  • Load materials, tools, and equipment for each job
  • Travel to homeowners’ properties and complete installs the right way, every time
  • Install push piers, wall braces, drain tile, sump pumps, and more
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Unload, clean, and reset for the next day
  • Learn how to lead a crew, manage time, and own the job

What We Need From You:

  • Construction experience is required
  • Natural leadership—people already look to you on the job
  • Strong work ethic—you don’t cut corners
  • Physically capable (this is hands-on, demanding work)
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe record
  • Reliable, on time, and ready to work
  • Willing to travel and work overtime when needed
